01What’s the difference between a plan and a program?
A plan is software your team runs — you get the workspace, the signals and the credits, and you do the work. A program is done for you: our team runs the measurement and the work each month, and the workspace is included in the price rather than billed separately. You can move from one to the other in either direction.
02What’s a credit?
A credit pays for our data work — cleansing, account intelligence, and signals. It is never spent on contact data you fetch with your own key.
03Do the AI Visibility prompt runs use my credits?
No. Credits pay for work on the accounts you target. Measuring your own visibility is not work on a target account, so the prompt runs are part of what we absorb to deliver the program. Your included credit allowance stays available for the normal data-layer work.
04Is contact enrichment really free?
Yes — bring your own provider key. You pay your provider directly and you keep the data. We never charge credits for contact enrichment.
05Is there a self-serve signup?
No — every plan starts with a call so we can scope your signals, plan, and a quote around the accounts you actually target.
06How does agency pricing work?
Credits pool across your client workspaces at a preferred rate. You manage and benchmark every client from one network view.
